I know Lime keeps spamming me about researching flight, but what do you think, William? Please explain this whole Oracle barrier nonsense, so I can get it done with.

Basically, the Oracle has erected a magical barrier around the entire Ice Mountain. You will need to shatter it with runes, and afterwards you get a prime location to put a Catalyzer and a Nardan Steam boiler into. The mountain contains a large rune source, has some runes stored in there already, and MAYBE an artifact, even. Destroy the barrier, claim the region, and for Zaros' sake, keep the region.

As for flight, research the magical power thing I started for you. After that's done, you can use it to power pretty much anything, even flying st00f.

And please, please, pleease, crush the Goblin Village already. Toa is in Taverley, all he has to do is send an npc just a tiny bit further and he gets an entire villageful of goblins, and a prime location to teleport to and assault your lands. If Toa gets the damn Goblin Village, he is one region from your capital. Get the damn village.

Ah, right. Okaaaaaaaay... My troops in NA certainly aren't doing anything, and now I can move guys out of DM. I was gonna hit MTA next, but Lime, why don't you take it?

Incidentally, what do Catalyzers do? Lime may have explained it once; I thought they were my version of the Steam Boilers.

Exactly that. They increase your rune modifier by 0.2 in regions where a rune altar exists. They're also cheaper than Toa's runic engines.

How many Runes do you think it'll take to crack the shield? I'll start out with 48k this turn...

From my understanding, there is no chance of me getting MTA, simply because those Gladiators have probably been bad mouthing me all this time.

However, I'd recommend starting flight ASAP.

Or, alternatively, I could teach you how to recruit assassins and you can carry on the spy Program to get Spies, Saboteurs, and Hitmen, and we share techs.

Now, I'm planning on buying Falador next turn. At first, I was planning to gift it to you, Ascertes, but now that Toa has said that he will declare war if you do it, I think it'd be best if I held onto it at least until Toa is defeated.

Keep it saved and buy Taverley with it. Also ask to see their leaders first.
